Martin Fillery, aged 45, of Pedwell Hill, Ashcott, Bridgwater, Plamen Nguyen, aged 27, of Bartholomews Square, Horfield, Bristol, and Ross Winter, aged 30, of Maytree Avenue, Bristol, have been charged with conspiracy to produce a quantity of cannabis – a class B drug, abstracting electricity without authority and conspiring to hold another person in slavery/servitude.

All three have been remanded in custody to appear at Swindon Magistrates Court tomorrow.

The three other males arrested at the site, who are all over the age of 18, will now be released from custody without charge and suitable arrangements will be made.
