Developers FI Property Group say the rapid take-up at 1 Newbridge Square reflects growing demand for high-quality Grade A office space in Swindon town centre.
The refurbished office building has attracted several major organisations, including Cotswold Outdoor, Thames Water, Stagecoach and AtkinsRéalis, with the development now around 80 per cent occupied.
Commercial property agents involved with the scheme say the pace of lettings is unlike anything they have experienced in the local market.

Following the success of 1 Newbridge Square, FI Property Group is now investing a further £8 million to transform 2 Newbridge Square. The redevelopment forms the next phase of the company’s investment alongside Kimmerfields as part of Swindon Borough Council’s wider regeneration programme, with construction expected to begin in early 2027.
The latest project follows FI’s combined £11.5 million investment in refurbishing 1 and 3 Newbridge Square, developments which have helped bring new businesses into the town centre.
