A number of venues are screening matches throughout the tournament, with businesses hoping to attract supporters looking to enjoy the atmosphere of major international football.
Among those showing games are Tuppenny, Route 66, The Kings, Mackenzies, Goddard Arms, Steam Railway, Wheatsheaf, The Royal Oak, Clifton Inn, Roaring Donkey, Longs Bar and Drink Valley.

Interest in the tournament has already been strong, with football fans across the town making plans to watch key fixtures involving the home nations.
Scotland returned to action on Friday evening against Morocco, losing 1-0. They looked to build on their opening victory over Haiti and improve their chances of reaching the knockout stages.
England’s next match comes on Tuesday when they face Ghana, following their opening win over Croatia.
With several weeks of football still remaining, venues are hoping supporters will continue to watch matches locally and enjoy the tournament atmosphere together.
Kris Talikowski, Chair of the Old Town Business Association said:
“It’s fantastic to see so many Old Town venues getting behind the World Cup. Whether you’re supporting England, Scotland or another nation, there’s a great atmosphere building across Old Town and plenty of places to enjoy the matches with friends and family.”
