Boho style arrangements break records of popularity. It is not surprising – they refer to the artistic world and nature, and therefore everything that delights. However, it is not so easy to arrange a tasteful boho style living room. Accessories play a big role and it is easy to get lost between what actually refers to the bohemian atmosphere and what does not imitate them poorly. What boho style decorations should you choose?

Canvas prints instead of paper posters
The first determinant of the boho style is naturalism with the addition of austerity. It focuses on natural raw materials – wood, stone or linen. So when choosing boho-style wall decorations, it is worth choosing canvas prints, which will be a much better addition than typical paper posters. Although the paper is made of wood – they are heavily processed and usually covered with varnishes. Canvas paintings do not require additional frames, unlike paper posters, and they look elegant, stylish and natural. When it comes to the theme of boho paintings – it should be nature or abstraction, with an artistic message that will perfectly fit into the style.
Boho style textiles
Textiles are equally important in the boho style. Any rugs, bedspreads, curtains or decorative pillows should also be chosen wisely. Ideally, they are made of natural materials, such as linen or cotton. When it comes to the colours – well, here you can afford a bit of madness – the boho style is mainly earth and elemental colours, i.e. browns, oranges, greens, reds. It’s good if the canvas prints also contain them – then all the accessories will create a coherent, attractive whole.
Plants – a must-have in a boho apartment
It is hard to imagine a boho-style interior without plants! They introduce naturalness and beautiful, juicy green. Are there any boho-style plants? Yes! Monstera deliciosa is very popular, it is relatively easy to maintain and makes a great impression due to the large, effectively perforated leaves. All kinds of climbers plants, such as epipremnum in various varieties, and succulents are also welcome. It is also worth taking care of the appropriate plant setting, i.e. covers, flower pots or beds in boho style. It is worth choosing, for example, macrame-woven flower pots, as well as ceramic ones. The more – one could say – simple and primitive – the better. Maybe it is worth trying to make them yourself from cement or to mold them from clay? Certainly, they will be the most impressive.
