The facility welcomed its first visitors on Wednesday 25th February and is the first of four prototype hubs planned across Swindon over the next year.
The hub has been created as a drop in space where several services operate under one roof.
Residents can seek advice and support in one place rather than contacting multiple organisations across the town.
The site has launched with an initial range of services, with further support expected as the model develops.
Any Swindon resident can access help with housing, employment, health and wellbeing, youth services and financial guidance from Citizens Advice Swindon.
The council says the aim is to make it easier for people to get help, particularly those who may struggle to engage with different agencies.
The Park site will operate as a prototype and is expected to evolve over time following feedback from residents, community groups and partner organisations.
Swindon Borough Council says each hub will be shaped by the community it serves rather than follow a fixed model.
Further hubs are due to open at The Meadows, Swindon Central Library and West Swindon Library at the Link Centre during 2026.
Libraries will continue to provide their usual services, with the hub operating alongside existing facilities.
The Park hub is open during the library’s normal hours. It operates on Monday from 10am-5pm, Tuesday from 9am-2.30pm, Wednesday from 10am-5pm, Thursday from 10am-5pm, Friday from 9am-2.30pm and Saturday from 10am-1pm.
Jim Grant, Cabinet Member for Communities and Partnerships at Swindon Borough Council, said: “We’re really excited to see our first community hub open here in Park.
“This is about making it easier for people to get the help they need, in a place they already know and trust.
“But it’s also about listening. Park Library hosts our first hub and we want to use feedback from residents and partners to help us shape how it develops.
“If something works well, we’ll build on it. If something needs to change, we’ll change it. This must work for the community.”
Residents are being encouraged to use the hub and share feedback as the project develops in the coming months.
