Wiltshire Police is appealing for witnesses after a Swindon man was robbed at knife point.

The incident happened around 1am on Friday 2 June 2017 near Kingscote Close, West Swindon.

The victim was getting out of his car when an unknown male, wearing a hood up and scarf covering his face, approached him and said: “Walk or I’ll shank you.”

The victim was then walked to a nearby alleyway/footpath where two other males, dressed in black with their faces obscured, were waiting.  One of the males then held a knife to the victim’s neck and demanded “all his money.”  He then handed over about £100 in cash.

Although shaken, the victim was unhurt.

PC Conrad Ball said:  “We would like to speak to anyone who may have seen or heard anything suspicious in this area at this time.
“Although this was a disturbing incident which will concern anyone living in the area we want to reassure people that we believe the victim was targeted specifically.”

If you can help with our enquiries please contact PC Conrad Ball on 101 or anonymously, via Crimestoppers, on 0800 555 111.
