A special ‘Pamper & Prosecco’ event in Swindon next week will help raise money to support local terminally ill children.

The event, which will take place on Friday 22nd March 22 at Swindon Rugby Club, is being held to boost funds for local charity Jessie May, whose nurses provide vital respite care and emotional support to families caring for a terminally ill child.

The ‘Pamper & Prosecco’ evening kicks off at 7pm, offering visitors a night of bubbles, beauty treatments, gift stalls and a charity raffle in aid of Jessie May, whose Wiltshire nurses have a Swindon base at Rombourne’s Kingston House.

Debbie Clark, Jessie May’s Swindon Fundraiser, said: “After a successful event last year in Swindon, we’re thrilled to be inviting everyone to our second ‘Pamper & Prosecco’ fundraiser in the town in only a few weeks’ time.

“After a busy Christmas – and then the January blues! – the ‘Pamper & Prosecco’ evening is the perfect chance for people to enjoy a lovely night of relaxation and TLC with friends and family – or perhaps even colleagues!

“From manicures to Tarot Card readings, there will be plenty to keep everyone busy on the night, unless of course they’d like to just spend a few hours to catch up with friends and enjoy the bubbly. So come along on March 22nd and treat yourself to some pamper and prosecco, all in aid of a local charity.”

Tickets for the event are £5 per person, which includes a glass of prosecco on arrival, nibbles and a goodie bag. All the proceeds from the evening, which takes place between 7pm and 10pm, will go to Jessie May and help the charity continue to support families through respite care, emotional support, end of life care and bereavement support.

You can buy tickets ahead of the event on Eventbrite here (https://jessiemaypamperprosecco.eventbrite.co.uk) or pay on the door on the night. There is a 92p booking fee for tickets bought online.
