Wiltshire Police is appealing for information after a gang of thieves targeted two shops in the Swindon area.

Around 4pm on Sunday 4 June 2017 at the One Stop in Purton a man entered the store and distracted a shop worker by asking about an item while two women followed him in and took a number of tins of baby milk powder – concealing it in their lined skirts.

All three then left the shop without making any effort to pay for the goods and drove off in a silver VW estate with an “04” number plate.

Approximately twenty minutes later, around 4.20pm, the same thing happened at the Co-op on Highdown Way, Swindon with the same items being taken.

CCTV images of three people officers would like to speak to in relation to these incidents are above.
