Assault outside Longs Bar, Swindon

Shortly after midnight on Saturday 31 March 2018 a disorder took place outside of Long’s Bar, Union Row, Swindon.

On leaving the bar three local people, a man and two women aged 22, 20 and 23 years were assaulted by a man. The 20 year old woman sustained facial injuries which required hospital treatment. The other two victims sustained minor injuries.

DC Rachel Catling is appealing for any witnesses to the disorder in or around Longs bar between 11:00 pm on Friday 30 – 1: 00 am Saturday 31 March 2018 to come forward.

DC Catling said: “I would also like anyone leaving Longs bar between these times or people passing by the side of the bar to contact me so I can identify them and eliminate them from my investigation.”
