The celebrations start on Tuesday 29 October with Late Night Shopping across two evenings, offering visitors extended opening hours, free parking after 5pm, and a 20 percent discount on outlet prices. A magician will also be in the centre on Wednesday 30 October.

From Friday 1 November, Ramsbury Brewery will return to the outlet with a larger unit next to Haribo, featuring a shop and bar. Shoppers will be able to enjoy local beers and browse festive gifts from the award-winning brewery.

A highlight of the season is the new Makers Yard, which opens on Sunday 24 November. The festive market will feature more than 25 local makers selling handcrafted goods, artwork, homewares and seasonal treats.

In December, families will be able to take part in A Journey to Christmas, a 30-minute immersive experience where children help restart the festive train and deliver wishes to the North Pole. The event includes live storytelling, character interaction, and a visit from Santa.

Tickets for the experience are expected to be released soon.

The Christmas Train will also host Story Time with Santa on Thursdays and Fridays in December. Special gifting evenings will take place at the same time, offering more late-night shopping opportunities and festive activities.

Tina Cumpstey, Centre Manager at McArthurGlen Designer Outlet Swindon, said:

“We’re thrilled to be transforming McArthurGlen Swindon into a festive wonderland this holiday season.

“With a diverse range of activities and experiences, we’re excited to provide something for everyone to enjoy, creating lasting memories for families and friends.”
