Following our appeal for witnesses last week (4 January 2017), after an incident at the Lava Lounge in Swindon – the two men in our CCTV pictures have now been identified and are helping us with our enquiries.
The incident happened in the early hours of Sunday 4 December 2016 between 12.30am and 1.30am.Wiltshire Police is appealing for witnesses after a man was assaulted in the Lava Lounge nightclub.
The victim received a fractured jaw after a man, unknown to him, assaulted him. He was taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford for treatment.
CCTV pictures are attached of two men officers would like to speak to in relation to this incident.
Det Con Rob Barratt said: “This unprovoked attack left a man in hospital – we would like to speak to anyone who may have been in the Lava Lounge at this time and saw the assault, anything suspicious or anyone acting suspiciously.
“We’d also like to speak to anyone who may recognise the men in the photographs – please come forward if you can help.”
