Police seek information following a fail to stop collision

Wiltshire Police are appealing for information following a collision in which a vehicle failed to stop at the scene.

The incident happened at approximately 7.50am on Monday 22 January.

A 46-year-old male cyclist was travelling along Pipers Way, over the roundabout of Marlborough Road towards Nationwide, when he was hit by a vehicle.

Despite being thrown from his bike, the cyclist was not injured but his bike was damaged.

The vehicle involved did not stop at the scene. It is believed to have been a white Smart car.

Anyone who witnessed the collision, or anyone who may have information regarding the vehicle involved is asked to call police on 101.
