A man has been rescued from a house fire in Kingsdown, Swindon.
Last night 8 May around 5pm a call was made to the emergency services by a neighbour after smelling smoke.
A fire crew from Stratton attended and upon attendance to the scene they discovered a cooker fire, which prompted a forced entry into the property.
Police and Ambulance crews were also in attendance to the incident.
The occupier was suffering smoke inhalation and was treated at the scene.
