People looking to research their family’s history are invited to attend the latest genealogy drop-in session at Central Libraryon Wednesday (17 May).

Volunteers from the Swindon Branch of the Wiltshire Family History Society team up with Swindon Libraries’ Local Studies team to continue their series of free family history help sessions.

Anyone is welcome, from complete beginners inspired by the BBC’s ‘Who Do You Think You Are?’, to more experienced genealogists who may appreciate a fresh perspective.

The team of experienced researchers from the Wiltshire Family History Society will be on hand to advise people, helping them trace the story of their ancestors.

The session is free and there is no need to book. Anyone who would like to attend should visit The Swindon Collection on the Second Floor of the Regent Circus library any time between 2pm and 4pm.

For more information contact Central Library on (01793) 463238 or email: [email protected]
