To celebrate the launch of his latest cookbook Vegetables, join Antonio Carluccio for an exclusive book signing and Q&A at Carluccio’s, Swindon between 3pm – 5pm on 16th December. Plus, get started on the Christmas shopping with 10% off all deli shop products purchased on the day and copies of Vegetables available at the special price of £20.

Lovers of Italian food, budding chefs and Christmas shoppers looking for a truly personalised gift will have a rare opportunity to hear Antonio share anecdotes from more than 70 years of gourmet adventures; Antonio will lovingly regale his audience with recipes dedicated to glorious greens, roots and shoots, including Lasagne di bietole (beetroot lasagne) and Torta rustica di patate (rustic potato cake).

Get your copy of Vegetables personally signed by the great man himself, along with countless photo opportunities and Christmas gift inspiration in the restaurant’s deli shop. Bestsellers include the awardwinning Panettone Tradizionale (£16.95), Vin Santo with Cantucci Biscuits (£25) and the Baci di Dama (£7.95/£19.95) biscuit jar. New for this year is the unbelievably moreish Panettone alla Crema di Prosecco (£19.95), laced with swirls of Venetian prosecco cream.

Arrive before the book signing or linger for longer afterwards to savour Carluccio’s Menu Festivo, priced at £17.99 for two courses or £19.99 for three and featuring classic Italian specialities such as Saltimbocca di Pollo, or a Sicilian Seafood Linguine with blue swimming crab, prawns, mussels and clams in a rich tomato sauce. Finish with Carluccio’s award Panettone Tradizionale drizzled with a Vin Santo Syrup.

Places at Antonio Carluccio’s book signing are complimentary and can be booked with Carluccio’s Swindon directly on 01793 480670.
