Sadly, at 10.45am this morning, the body of a woman was found in woodland near Box.
Although formal identification has not yet taken place, Wiltshire Police believe it to be missing Chippenham lady Susan Weston.
Police do not believe there to be any suspicious circumstances surrounding the death and a file will now be prepared for H M Coroner for Wiltshire.
A police spokesman said: “We would like to thank the thousands of people who have shared the appeals for Mrs Weston over the past two days”.
“Our sincere thoughts are with the family and friends of Mrs Weston at this extremely difficult time”.
