Yeva Deli will lead a practical User Generated Content workshop at Workshed Swindon on Wednesday 17th June.

The two-hour session, titled Film It, Post It, Get Paid, is aimed at local businesses, aspiring creators and those exploring side income opportunities. It will run from 6pm-8pm.

Yeva is the founder of Evito Talent, an influencer marketing agency she launched during the Covid pandemic in 2020.

Originally from Lithuania, she trained as an actress at the Lithuania Music and Theatre Academy. She later performed at the National Drama Theatre and appeared in television productions including the Lithuanian version of Baywatch, as well as commercials and lead theatre roles before moving to Swindon in 2015.

After years in the performing arts, she identified changes in how audiences consumed media and how brands connected with customers.

When the pandemic disrupted traditional industries, she established Evito Talent. The agency went on to manage more than 60 creators across the UK, United States and Germany.

Through her work, she identified the rapid growth of User Generated Content, known as “UGC”, which focuses on authentic videos created by individuals rather than traditional advertising agencies.

Between 2022 and 2025, Yeva led a social media project at Create Studios in Swindon, working with 50 young people to develop real social media campaigns – giving them hands-on experience and a genuine head start in the industry.

Yeva has since delivered campaigns for more than 100 international brands. She also helped grow the Cooking Fever YouTube channel from 60,000 subscribers to more than 400,000 in less than a year and has supported Swindon businesses with their online content strategies.

She said:

“Many business owners know they need to create content, but they don’t know where to start.

“At the same time, there are people looking for flexible income opportunities who don’t realise brands are actively paying creators to make simple, authentic videos.

“This workshop is about making the process practical and accessible. You don’t need expensive equipment, a huge following or years of experience to get started.”

The workshop has been limited to a handful of participants to allow for a more hands-on approach.

Attendees will be introduced to what UGC involves, why brands are investing in it, how to build confidence on camera and how to approach companies for paid opportunities.

Organisers say the rise of creator-led content is reshaping digital marketing, with brands increasingly favouring relatable videos across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.

Early bird tickets are available until 11th June. Standard tickets will be available after that date.
