House-hunters in Swindon are being invited to celebrate the launch of the next phase of Orchards View at Wichelstowe, with free pizza and a first chance to see new homes coming onto the market.

Following the sell-out success of earlier phases, Barratt Homes Bristol is now releasing 181 more homes, including 30 affordable properties. The development will feature a mix of one and two-bedroom apartments, along with larger two, three and four-bedroom houses.

The launch event takes place on Saturday 4 October from 11am to 3pm at the Orchards View sales office on Pippin Street (SN1 7EU). Visitors will be able to enjoy freshly made pizza, meet the sales team, and get free financial advice from an independent mortgage adviser.

Richard Lawson, Sales Director at Barratt Homes Bristol, said:

“The response to Orchards View has been incredible, with earlier phases snapped up in record time. These new homes give buyers another opportunity to join the growing Wichelstowe community. With stylish designs, excellent transport links and plenty of green space, we expect these homes to be just as popular with families, first-time buyers and professionals alike.”

Part of the wider Wichelstowe development, Orchards View is just two miles from Swindon’s mainline station – with trains to London in around an hour – and three miles from Junction 16 of the M4.

For more information or to register interest, visit the Barratt Homes Bristol website.
