Three Swindonians are taking part in the “Race For Life Pretty Muddy 5K” in memory of Lauren’s Grandad Fernando Fuoco, Kerenza’s Grandad, Auntie & friend Tommy and Aimee’s loved one. They are also hosting a charity karaoke event at the Steam Railway Pub this Friday 29th 2019.
During the event there will be a raffle which contains 6 donations from Old town businesses to be used as raffle prizes, 1 of them to include a £25 Italian restaurant voucher. Details can be found on this Facebook event page https://www.facebook.com/events/2261095380879868/?ti=as

They are doing this race and fundraising event not just for the people they have lost, but for the people who need the help and the people who can’t run the race. A lot of people have lost people to cancer each year and by fundraising for Cancer Research UK, they aim to help the treatment and care of cancer patients.

Events like Race for Life are vital in funding Cancer Research UK’s life-saving work into preventing, diagnosing and treating cancer.
