Wiltshire Police are appealing for help to identify a man they’d like to speak to in relation to an incident in Swindon town centre.

Around 3.25pm on Tuesday 3 April, an unknown man assaulted another man in Regent Street.

The suspect is described as white, 5′ 10″ tall, in his early 50’s with white hair and wearing black jogging bottoms. Two CCTV images of a man we’d like to talk to in connection with this are also attached.

PC Julieann Brown said:  “We’d like to speak to anyone who may recognise this man in the images; also, if you were in town that day and saw the incident or know anything about it then please contact me on 101.
This part of Swindon would have been busy and it’s more than likely someone would have seen something suspicious on the date in question.”

If you can help with our enquiries please contact PC Julieann Brown on 101 or anonymously, via Crimestoppers, on 0800 555 111.
