Wiltshire Police are appealing for information after an attempted robbery in Swindon.

Between 7.45pm and 8pm on Thursday 15 February 2018, a 14-year-old boy was walking from the Orbital Retail Park towards Haydon End when he was approached by two males as he walked near to Thursday Street and Mazurek Way in Haydon End.

The males demanded the boy’s phone before assaulting him.  They then ran off after throwing the phone to the ground.

PC Sam Chivers said: “We’d like to hear from anyone who may have heard or seen this assault or anything suspicious in this area at this time.
“If that’s you, please come forward.”

If you can help with our enquiries please contact PC Sam Chivers on 101 or anonymously, via Crimestoppers, on 0800 555 111.
