Officers are appealing for information to identify a man they would like to speak to in relation to the use of fake money in a Swindon pub.
At approximately 2.30pm on Tuesday 15 August 2017 an unknown man entered the Moonrakers on Cricklade Road and ordered two drinks, he then paid with a forged £50 note.
The fraud wasn’t discovered until after he had left the pub.
He was wearing a body warmer, jeans, white trainers and a goatee beard, was approximately 5′ 8/9 “tall, in his 40s and it’s believed he had a northern accent.
