David Lloyd Swindon has welcomed fresh national recognition after its parent company was again named in the Sunday Times Top 10 Best Places to Work.

The leisure group has now secured the accolade for a fourth consecutive year, reflecting its continued focus on workplace culture across the UK.

The Swindon club, based in Swindon, praised its local team for their contribution to the achievement.

General Manager Thomas McEwen said: “Thank you to our amazing team here at David Lloyd Swindon. Our team’s work ethic, togetherness and dedication is what makes this a fantastic place to be and to work.”

He added: “Your feedback as members is a massive part of how we improve, motivate and thrive, so please make sure to leave us your feedback whenever our app prompts you.”

The company said the award highlights its commitment to staff wellbeing, development and engagement.

It comes as many employers in Swindon continue to prioritise workplace culture in order to attract and retain staff in a competitive jobs market.

David Lloyd Swindon employs a wide range of staff, including fitness instructors, swimming coaches and hospitality teams.

The latest recognition places the wider group among some of the country’s highest rated employers and marks a fourth year of national success for the Swindon team.
