Wiltshire Police is appealing for witnesses after a number of indecent exposures which have taken place in the same area of Swindon.

Police have received six separate reports of a single white male exposing himself around the same spot on Pipers Way between 27 February 2017 and 6 May 2017.

In each case, a male has been seen near trees and bushes in the area between the Nationwide roundabout and the turning to Broome Manor Golf Club.

A 21-year-old man from Swindon has been arrested in relation to these incidents and has been released on unconditional bail to return to Gablecross Police Station on 29 May 2017.

PC Barry Geering said:  “We believe it’s the same person doing this and we would like to hear from anyone who perhaps has witnessed this but has not reported it. “We’d also like to hear from anyone who may have information which could lead to the identity of this male.
“In each case the victims have been shaken but have not been hurt in anyway.
“We are conducting extra patrols in the area as well  as continuing to make enquiries as part of our investigation.”

If you can help with our enquiries please contact PC Barry Geering on 101 or anonymously, via Crimestoppers, on 0800 555 111.
