Swindon is about to put its name on the map as it kicks off the Professional Boxing Scene with its first ever World Championship Fight. The show brought to you by TriFecta will be taking place on 8th April 2017 at the Oasis Leisure Centre.

Headlining the show will be undefeated Welterweight contender Ryan Martin facing off against 10-0 Michael McKinson for The Youth WBC WORLD TITLE, previously held by the likes of Canelo Alvarez, Timothy Bradley, Danny Garcia and Devon Alexander. The popular 23 year old is relishing the opportunity to put his name up there with the sport’s top names and give his career the boost it needs to take part in the big fights down the road.

The undercard is stacked with talent from the TriFecta stable with Chief support and number 6 ranked British Title contender The Duke Luke Watkins in a 10 round bout at Cruiserweight ahead of his challenge for The Irish Title in late May early June.

Undefeated Light Heavyweight Sniper Sam Smith taking part in his first 8 round bout.
Chris Sanigar managed Light Heavyweight and also undefeated, The Throwback David Bailey in his first 8 rounder.

Young Light Welterweight prospect Harry Webb makes his debut over 4 rounds with hot shot Brandon Thompson managed by Steve Goodwin topping off the card at Lightweight.

This is the biggest Boxing card yet to be held in the ever growing fight town of Swindon, Wiltshire and the demand for tickets has far outdone expectations. It’s exciting times in Swindon and the ‘Risky Business’ show will no doubt be a night to remember.
