Wiltshire Police are appealing for witnesses after a man indecently exposed himself to four young girls in West Swindon.

On Friday 28 October 2016, around 6pm, the group of girls were by the outdoor gym/play park, on the large green area close to the Shaw Ridge Leisure Park (where the bowling alley/cinema is), when they spotted a man indecently exposing himself in nearby bushes.

The girls then walked on to the green/park area towards Grange Park (near Lydiard Park) and realised soon afterwards that the man had followed them; he hid in some more bushes.

The girls walked off – they were unhurt.

The man is described as white, in his 40’s, around 5’8″ tall, having a beer belly, black hair, wearing a beanie-style hat, black jogging bottoms and a white t-shirt.  He was riding a grey push bike

PC Phil Nash said:  “We would like to speak to anyone who may have seen or heard anything suspicious in this area, at this time.
“This is a busy area for joggers and dog walkers – someone should have seen something.
“Please contact me if you can help in anyway.”

If you can help with our enquiries please contact PC Phil Nash on 101 or anonymously, via Crimestoppers, on 0800 555 111.
