The 20-year-old has joined the Robins on a permanent deal lasting one-and-a-half years, which will keep him at the County Ground until the end of the 2026-27 season.
Holman arrives after progressing through the academy system at Wolverhampton Wanderers, where he developed within a Premier League environment and gained experience in a competitive development set-up.
The forward is understood to have impressed club staff with his attitude and work ethic, and the move gives him the opportunity to take the next step in his professional career with regular first-team football at Swindon Town Football Club.
Speaking after completing the move, Holman said:
“I’m really happy to get the deal done and to be joining Swindon Town. It’s a club with a lot of history and ambition, and I’m looking forward to working hard, learning as much as I can and doing my part for the team.
“I’m excited to get out on the pitch and give everything for the badge.”
Holman is expected to link up with his new teammates immediately as preparations continue for the remainder of the season, with the club aiming for him to make a positive impact during his time in Wiltshire.
The move is subject to clearance from the English Football League.
