The Great Barn Festival is back. This weekend on the 8th & 9th June, the stunning National Trust Great Barn, Great Coxwell is bought back to life. Oxfordshire’s most unique venue.
It is a family friendly festival of the Arts with a wide range of separately ticketed events such as family friendly Shakespeare productions of The Tempest and Romeo & Juliet, storytelling, Emma Boor puppet shows, family music from the award-winning David Gibb and many more.
Adults haven’t been left out with shows to suit everyone ranging from Improvised comedy from the Oxford Imps, Prohibition Blues from the soulful Julia Titus and a critically acclaimed production from Riddlestick Theatre of Madam Fanny du The, which was rated one of top shows at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival by the Guardian.
Also on-site are a range of free activities including arts & craft, music, circus skills and even a silent disco!
We are in the lucky position to be able to support a number of local charities through the Festival. These include RotaKids, Soundabout, Youth Challenge Oxfordshire (YoCo), FAAAZE and the Pump House Project. So come along and lend your support
Full details of all the shows along with ticket prices can be found on our website www.greatbarnfestival.co.uk or our Facebook page www.facebook.com/Greatbarnfestival or email [email protected]
It looks set to be a great weekend, plenty for all the family to enjoy. We hope to see you there!
