School children, attending Westlea Primary this morning, looked on as Wiltshire Air Ambulance landed to attend a life-threatening medical emergency.
Emergency medical teams attended an address, opposite the school, in Langstone Way, Westlea, at just before 9am this morning, Friday, 15 April, to a cardiac arrest.
South Western Ambulance Service sent one rapid response paramedic, one land ambulance and the Wiltshire Air Ambulance critical care team.
The casualty was taken to Great Western Hospital, and their condition remains unknown.
The air ambulance landed at Westlea Park, supported by Wiltshire Police.
