Earlier today, worried parents took to Facebook, posting a photograph of a man who they believe was filming or photographing children at The Parade’s snow globe, in Swindon town centre this morning, Sunday 22 November.

It is unclear as to whether the man has done anything wrong at this stage.

Wiltshire Police have this evening told Swindon 24 that they are “making enquires to get to the bottom of the incident”. We are assisting police officers with their enquiries.

Speaking to staff at the snow globe attraction earlier this afternoon, we have learnt that they believed him to be ‘acting suspiciously’.

We expect further updates from Wiltshire Police tomorrow.

Families using public attractions, like The Parade’s snow globe, should always report any suspicious activity to the police, by calling 101, or 999 in an emergency.
