Nurses and PCSOs save life of man with ‘no pulse’ at busy retail park

Three nurses and two PCSOs have saved the life of a man in North Swindon.


Wiltshire Air Ambulance and Great Western Air Ambulance attended the scene, alongside a number of paramedics from South Western Ambulance Service.

A man was found collapsed, with ‘no pulse’, around one hour ago, at around 2.45pm today, Friday 26 August at Orbital Retail Park, North Swindon.

After being resuscitated, with the use of a nearby defibrillator, the patient is now breathing independently and is about to be flown to hospital.
