Jade Hatt case will be heard by London High Court next month

An adult babysitter who had sex with an 11-year-old boy will be back to court in December, after her sentence was appealed.

The hearing is to access whether the original sentencing was too lenient.

When sentencing at Swindon Magistrates Court, Judge Tim Mousley QC gave Hatt a suspended sentence, which caused public outrage.

British judge of the Court of Appeal of England and Wales, Dame Julia Wendy Macur DBE, is set to hear the case on 8 December at 10:30am.
