Wiltshire Air Ambulance doctors landed in Wichelstowe this morning and successfully saved the life of a man who was suffering a cardiac arrest.
The ambulance service recieved the 999 call at just after 9.30am, to an address in Barbrook Road, off East Wichel Way.
On arrival, paramedics treated the 50-year-old man for a cardiac arrest.
Doctors from Wiltshire Air Ambulance attended the scene.
A spokesperson said: “Crews managed to bring the casualty around and he was taken to Great Western Hospital for further treatment.”
