3-year-old Lilly shows you’re never too young to skate

At only three years of age, Lilly Dickinson spends most of her time at the Link Centre, hoping to become a figure skater.

Lilly started skating in 2014 at 18 months, as soon as she could fit into the skates, inspired by her aunt and uncle who are also figure skaters.

She’s very energetic and passionate when she skates and can already skate both forwards and backwards with no help from her parents or teacher.

“I want to dance like Gracie Gold”

All week, she talks about going skating and when she’s there she’s zooming around and having the time of her life, only one move away from earning her level one badge.

Lilly is an inspiration to all young children and proves that you can do anything you want if you’re passionate about it.
